Learn what holding space is and what holding space is NOT. When we master holding space for ourselves, we become better spaceholders for others.
The 5 Pillars of Safety
In module 1, you'll learn the five pillars of safety that allow you to create safe containers for transformation. One of the biggest reasons why people don't share vulnerably or go in deep into the root issue is due to lack of safety. They may not feel safe within themselves to feel or access big emotions.
Breathwork Journey
Included in Module 1 is a 40-minute breathwork audio that will guide you into healing your inner child so you can practice holding space for yourself and the wounded inner child within.

What is a spaceholder?
A spaceholder is anyone who regularly provides emotional support for an individual or group, including coaches, healers, teachers, bodyworkers, therapists, parents, nurses, managers, and beyond.

I had a tendency to project my own experience, use toxic positivity, and suggest ways of "fixing" without seeking consent. Sarah Lane
As a Master Facilitator, Breathwork Guide, Certified Somatic Coach, and Reiki Healer, Sarah’s extensive training provides a grounded, holistic approach to healing that equally values spirituality and humanity.
